SPASIE units are provided in 10, 20, 30, 60 and 90 square meters which makes it ideal for an additional dwelling, primary dwelling or other functioning possibility.
 

ZONING CODES, SUBMISSIONS AND REGISTRATIONS

The required zoning applications, municipal approvals and any other legal aspects of an erf, stand or plot remain that of the client. SPASIE’s professional team can assist with these required approvals and submissions should a client wish to make use of these services.
